Good concept, but didn't work for my lavazza modo machine. It was after I noticed there was details of specific lavazza machines that it was compatible with unfortunately
The good thing about the pod is that it fits and the construction is solid but that is where the positive news ends:
- The design of the pod means that the internal capacity is a lot lower than the pods that you buy and whilst I followed the advice and moved to a strong/dark roast it was still very weak
- There is a significant amount of leakage around the pod during use I suspect that this is the shape used to avoid the prongs means that it does not seal as well as the normal pods
- I found extremely difficult to actually get the pod open after use.

This hardly fits my machine SMEG Lavazza. The coffee is light. Not really useful.
